We specialize in rapid staffing solutions , placing CNA, LPN, and RN professionals into shifts and contracts.
Position Overview
We are hiring Healthcare Recruiters to source, screen, and credential clinicians for immediate placement.
This is a commission-only, performance-driven role with strong earning potential and consistent demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Source CNA, LPN, RN candidates using Indeed, job boards, referrals, and social media
- Contact candidates via phone, SMS, and email
- Pre-screen candidates (license, availability, location)
- Collect and verify credentialing documents
- Submit ready-to-work clinicians for placement
Compensation
- CNA: $60 per approved clinician
- LPN: $90
- RN: $125
- Allied Health: $60 - $200
- Activation Bonus: $40â$75 after first completed shift
- Weekly volume bonuses available
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (phone + texting required)
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to come to Lynnwood office at least once per week
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience
- Customer service, call center, or sales background
