Payroll AnalystThis role sits inside a global payroll operation processing biweekly pay for more than 3,000 employees across the US, with additional reach into Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica. As a Payroll Analyst, you'll own the payroll process end-to-end in Workday — a chance to work with genuine autonomy, high-volume data, and international scope, while reporting directly to the Global Payroll Director.ResponsibilitiesProcess accurate, timely biweekly multi-state US payroll for 3,000+ employees in Workday, start to finish.Audit payroll data — including hours, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and tax withholdings — before final transmission.Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports post-processing.Research and resolve complex payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with a high degree of customer service.Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing in Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica, supporting global business continuity.QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of hands-on, multi-state payroll processing experience.Proven, extensive experience with Workday Payroll.Experience processing or supporting payroll for Canada, Mexico, and/or Costa Rica.PreferredFPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation.Experience in a global organization.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).Why Join UsTake on a high-autonomy, individual contributor role owning payroll operations for a 3,000+ employee organization.Gain hands-on exposure to global payroll across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Costa Rica.Report directly to the Global Payroll Director in a highly visible position.Partner cross-functionally with HR and Finance to keep employee data accurate and on time.
