Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations. Schedule appointments and maintain patient records efficiently. Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally. Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries. Assist with insurance verification and claims processing. Ensure the waiting area and reception are tidy and welcoming. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Requirements: Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using dental software and MS Office Suite. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus. Positive attitude and a passion for patient care. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
