Job Description Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, and copyright disputes. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Develop and implement case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze case-related information. Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Provide legal counsel and advice on intellectual property issues. Stay updated on changes in intellectual property laws and regulations. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct. The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have: At least 2 years of complex IP litigation experience. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical rigor. Experience in federal court or ITC matters preferred. Experience taking or defending depositions strongly preferred. Excellent academic credentials and strong professional judgment. Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What\'s on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $390,000 USD, based on JD year and other factors.
