As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers resolve technical issues.
• Assist in correcting billing concerns.
• Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
• Deliver expert customer experienceswith a smile.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 years of customer service experience required Preferred experience with retail.
• Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions
• Demonstrate experience & ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information
• Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

• The base salary range for this position is $15.00 - $18.75/hr., (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
