We are looking for a motivated individual for a Lead Roof Technician. This is an immediate opportunity and there is room for advancement for the right individual.  If you are looking for more than just a job in construction, look no further.  This could be a new career in the booming commercial roofing industry!   The individual will need to be able to complete roof repairs and organize the day with little to no supervision, be able to make decisions to complete work orders, must be able to talk to building tenants, fill out paperwork, and complete a web-based system for information daily.  The Technician will need to possess or acquire all the tools necessary to perform the work daily.  Position carries a very competitive wage based on the experience of the applicant.  Don't be just an employee number, if you want to be seen and be able to show what you can do as a productive member of a team, then this is the place.

Momentum Roof Services has been in business since 2017 with a base in Central Florida, but we also do work throughout the state.  We focus on commercial flat service and repairs, but also perform reroof and recover operations for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial flat roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and SBS/APP
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform leak investigations and repair on all roof systems
• Conduct roof repairs effectively and safely
• Safely climb ladders and handle equipment and materials on job sites
• Work collaboratively within small, specialized teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in commercial roofing preferred.
