Create positive public relations while effectively managing timelines. Acquire new customers and improveCSI/SSI according to company targets. Regularly update and refine customer data to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain a consistently positive and engaging demeanor during phone conversations. Effectively manage heavy phone contact while providing excellent customer service. Be invested in driving the dealership's success and achieving goals. Qualifications and Skills Valid and clean driving record for the past two years. Strong Time Management skills, Teamwork, Attention to detail, Productivity, and Sales Orientation. Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Ability to work in a process-driven environment. Proficient in navigating and managing multiple software applications simultaneously. Quick and efficient in acquiring new skills.
