Full Charge Bookkeeper (Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who is confident handling full-cycle accounting and supporting financial reporting and compliance. Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $25-$32 per hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting department operations
• Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues
• Support internal and external audits and assist with internal control implementation
• Stay current on accounting standards, regulations, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and procedures
• Proficiency with accounting software, including QuickBooks and/or Sage
• Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
