About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global GTM Operations to spearhead a major commercial transformation. This role is pivotal in unifying and modernizing the company's commercial operations on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a comprehensive diagnostic of the current GTM operations, designing a future state global operating model, and driving the necessary organizational and process changes. Key responsibilities include establishing global governance and process standards, translating commercial data into strategic insights, and enabling commercial execution with a focus on technology stack governance. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in large-scale transformation, expertise in operating model design, and a strong focus on change management, influence, and cultural fluency. To excel in this position, candidates must have a background in large-scale transformation leadership, particularly in the context of GTM, revenue, or sales operations. The role requires deep expertise in process, data, and technology governance, with a specific focus on AI adoption. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and governing cost-efficient operating models, including experience with low-cost geography centers, BPO partnerships, and AI-enabled automation. Cultural fluency and analytical rigor are also essential, as the role involves leading geographically and culturally diverse teams and translating raw data into strategic insights. The VP will be expected to work closely with regional and senior leadership, driving commercial excellence and ensuring the GTM operations function is a strategic partner in the company's global business.
