Director of Operations in MENA

Globalwide is seeking an experienced and highly professional Director of Operations to oversee and manage company operations across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising operational activities, improving workflow efficiency, coordinating regional teams, and ensuring smooth execution of company strategies, policies, and growth initiatives. This position requires strong leadership, operational management experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multi-country operations within healthcare, HealthShare, medical assistance or related industries. Regional Operations Management Oversee daily operations across Middle East markets Ensure operational efficiency and service quality Implement company policies and operational procedures Coordinate with regional offices, TPAs, providers, and partners Monitor operational performance and reporting systems Supervise managers and department heads Support recruitment, training, and staff development Ensure departments operate according to company standards Maintain strong communication between regional teams and headquarters Business Development Support Support company expansion initiatives Coordinate with broker and agency networks Assist with strategic partnerships and operational integration Support new market implementation and regional growth Requirements Education Business Administration Operations Management Or related field Master’s degree is a plus.
