Bankruptcy Paralegal

Supporting a growing litigation and restructuring practice, the full-time Bankruptcy Paralegal will manage all aspects of bankruptcy cases, including preparing and filing pleadings, while working in a hybrid environment with potential remote days after onboarding. Key responsibilities Prepare, review, and file pleadings, petitions, and motions related to bankruptcy cases Manage case dockets and deadlines, ensuring adherence to all timelines Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, discovery materials, and court filings Required qualifications Minimum of six years of litigation experience with a focus on bankruptcy law Strong drafting and legal research skills, particularly in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings Thorough understanding of bankruptcy procedures, rules, and filings Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management systems Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
