What You'll Do:

• Provide direct legal support to Bankruptcy Attorneys by drafting and reviewing related documents and motions.
• Prepare and file various legal documents electronically with bankruptcy courts.
• Perform bankruptcy case research and searches using multiple databases.
• Maintain and update dockets with relevant case information and follow-up deadlines.
• Work independently with clients and third parties to resolve issues and finalize bankruptcy-related matters.
• Monitor case statuses and ensure timely progression of matters.
• Manage high-volume caseload with accuracy, attention to detail, and professional communication.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of Bankruptcy Paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong familiarity with bankruptcy procedures and electronic court filing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional client-facing demeanor.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• High level of organization and extraordinary attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and iManage Document Management System.
• Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certificate required.
