Housing Inspectors III

We are hiring Housing Inspectors III for one of our clients in Newark, NJ .
Job Description:
- Physically inspect the rental property for compliance with the property maintenance code.
- Maintain rental property files and data.
- Receive and process license applications and license renewals from rental property owners and agents.
- Assist in identification and deteriorated structures or properties in need of rehabilitation.
- Performs inspections and assesses the damage to residences.
- Documents the damages sustained based on extensive knowledge of construction techniques..
- Lunch: 1 hour (unpaid)
