Service Tech – Execute High-Quality Residential & Federal Roofing Repairs for LeFever Roofing LLC

Job Overview:

You will serve as a key field specialist, resolving critical installation and service issues across diverse residential and federal roofing projects. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Independently travel to job sites to inspect, diagnose, and resolve complex roofing issues efficiently.
• Execute quick-turn service calls and high-quality repairs on various residential and government roofing systems.
• Identify installation defects and implement durable, lasting corrections that adhere to company standards.
• Install and repair specialized siding and sheet metal components to support total building envelope integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer service during field interactions to build long-term client trust and loyalty.
• Maintain a safe job site by adhering to strict fall protection, lift, and trade safety procedures.
• Collaborate with field operations leaders to ensure service schedules and quality metrics are met consistently.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience in roofing service and repair, or sheet metal and siding experience.
• Proven ability to independently travel from job to job, identify installation issues, and execute quick-turn repairs.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency across a variety of roofing systems.
• Strong goal orientation, self-motivation, and high energy for dynamic field work.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance when visiting job sites and interacting with clients, representing LeFever Roofing with courtesy and professionalism.
• Clean driving record 

Nice to Have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Additional experience in siding and sheet metal installation.
• Existing safety or technical certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, Manufacturer training).
• Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation & Benefits :

• Hourly pay rate ranging from $28 to $40 per hour based on experience.
