Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address emotional and psychological challenges in a remote setting.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique situation and develop customized treatment plans.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, to assist clients in achieving therapeutic goals.

• Provide crisis intervention and case management services, ensuring timely support is available for clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records using EHR systems, upholding compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
