Research & Training Assistant (Hybrid) - School of Public Health

* Coordinate evaluation and research activities in close consultation with TSBM Manager.* Assist with and/or lead TSBM presentation and workshops.* Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data.* Develop project-related reports, presentations, and other products.* Maintain databases and other project tracking tools.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, social sciences, public policy, or other related field and two years of relevant experience.* Or a Master’s degree and no experience may substitute.* Master’s degree in public health, social work, social sciences, public policy, or other related field.* Experience performing literature search, summary, and synthesis.* Experience writing research/evaluation reports.* Experience with evaluation designs and methods.* Experience translating complex information into ‘everyday’ language for mass audiences.* Experience with report design and developing graphics for effective communication of research/evaluation findings.* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Washington University in St. Louis' collective success is significantly attributed to the passion and outstanding efforts of our community.
