Implementation Specialist/Lansing, Michigan (Onsite)-12 months

Implementation Specialist
Location: Lansing, Michigan (Onsite) Duration: 09-08-2025 to 09-04-2026
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Cyber Vault operations
Manage PowerProtect Cyber Recover Manager processes
Ensure Data Domain replication integrity and system health
Monitor and analyze Cyber Sense logs, escalating alerts as needed (resident will not take direct action on alerts)
Optimize Cyber Vault components for seamless operations
Assess the impact of customer-initiated hardware/software changes, including patching
Support recovery and restore operations under customer direction
Provide knowledge transfer to enhance customer proficiency in vault operations
Review backup set reports, Cyber Sense reporting and the stages of Cyber Sense analysis (indexing, segments, etc.)
Requirements
Any candidate submitted must be able to work in the US.
Dell Drug test is needed Customer has an additional background and onboarding requirements which need to be completed before the resident can start and can take 4-6 weeks
