Human Resources CoordinatorVivo Infusion is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and employee experience initiatives.This role serves as a key point of contact for candidates, new hires, employees, and business partners throughout the employee lifecycle. The Human Resources Coordinator will play an important role in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience while supporting critical HR processes and maintaining operational excellence across the organization.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual takes ownership of responsibilities, proactively solves problems, communicates effectively, and enjoys working with people while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. A demonstrated ability to achieve goals, meet deadlines, monitor outcomes, and continuously improve processes is essential.
