Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support daily operations and executive activities within our company. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Organize files, records, and important information
  • Assist with internal communication and administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Support project coordination and daily office operations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
