Data Entry Temp

Primary Purpose Under close supervision provide administrative and clerical support to Human Resources. Maintains confidential and sensitive situations with diplomacy. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people verbally and in writing. Qualifications Education/Certification High school diploma or GED Special Knowledge/Skills Understanding of basic software. Ability to research and collect data. Accuracy in data entry and 10-key numerical data entry. Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak, read, and understand English. Ability to understand detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to meet established deadlines. Experience One (1) year of experience in administrative and/or secretarial positions. Major Responsibilities and Duties Records and Reports Assist with day to day operations of the Position Control/Certification functions and duties. Provide clerical and administrative support to the Position Control department. Provide support with Position Control projects and audits. Provide support with Certification projects and audits. Process incoming recommendations via applicant tracking system. Maintain confidentiality. Other Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures. Any and all other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor.
