Sales Manager

Marmia Foods is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, managing sales representatives, identifying uncovered territories, opening new accounts, increasing sales, and ensuring proper customer follow-up. Responsibilities include: Manage and support the sales team Track sales performance by salesperson and territory Identify areas with little or no sales coverage Set and monitor sales targets Monitor customer visits, orders, and collections Provide weekly sales reports to management Requirements: Previous sales management experience is required, preferably in food distribution, grocery wholesale, or CPG.
