Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' mental health status, emotional well-being, and treatment needs. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique goals and challenges of each client, using evidence-based methodologies. Provide therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual and group therapy, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and solution-focused frameworks. Regularly monitor client progress, documenting changes and modifying treatment plans as necessary, utilizing our integrated electronic health record (EHR) system. Deliver immediate support and crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and access to necessary resources. Maintain organized and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic approach to client care. Engage in continuous learning and professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest developments in mental health. Adhere to ethical practices and professional standards as mandated by state licensing boards and national organizations. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Many clients seek therapy to develop coping strategies and gain insights into their emotional and psychological challenges, making your role essential in facilitating their journey towards healing and recovery. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW). Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities with a strong aptitude for formulating effective treatment plans. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to clients' mental well-being. Ability to work autonomously while also being a decisive and collaborative team member. Familiarity with ethical principles and legal mandates governing mental health practice. Preferred Experience A minimum of three years of professional experience in the mental health field, working with diverse populations. Experience utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver therapeutic services effectively.
