Role Description The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taft, CA. The therapist will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, complete psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs. Daily responsibilities include coordinating care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team, as well as maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation. The therapist will provide crisis intervention as needed, participate in case conferences, and support discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. This role requires active engagement with clients, families, and community resources to promote recovery and long‑term wellness. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health and Social Work, with the ability to support diverse populations. Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case Management to coordinate care and guide client progress. Experience providing Family Therapy and working collaboratively with family systems. Current licensure or eligibility as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent in California. Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical interviewing skills. Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team and in fast‑paced clinical settings. Knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities and trauma‑informed care. Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, and person‑centered practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
