Registration Clerk

The Registration Clerk performs introductory point of service to patients and staff. This includes providing clerical assistance to OSF team members, greeting patients and obtaining any other required information to ensure patients are properly checked in for appointment. This position requires the ability to use judgment and discretion in handling confidential communications and documents; In addition will use basic computer skills to input required information into various Medical Software systems. Qualifications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High School diploma or GED equivalent. - 1 year experience working at front desk/office position. - 6 months experience working in a Health Care field. - Basic working knowledge of computer systems to include navigation, typing, and data entry. - Interpersonal skills to interact with patients to obtain needed information and to communicate to mission partners and providers.
