We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Assistant to support attorneys and help clients navigate the legal process. The ideal candidate communicates professionally in both English and Spanish, manages competing deadlines, and handles sensitive information with care.

Legal Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings.
• Maintain organized case files, calendars, and deadlines.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in English and Spanish.
• Conduct basic legal research and gather case-related information.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing documents and exhibits.
• Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and provide general administrative support.

Legal Assistant Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately under deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning case-management software.
• Prior experience in a legal office or other professional administrative setting preferred.
