Schedule: Full-time or part-time

Pay: $21–25/hour DOE/DOQ

Full-time with both roles, or part-time as Personal Assistant only

WBCP, Inc. is seeking a Personal Assistant/Recruitment Assistant to join our team at the Rogue River, Oregon, office. This is a unique hybrid role combining personal assistance for WBCP's President with opportunities to support our executive recruitment team. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable running an errand, helping organize a home or office, walking dogs, coordinating an appointment, and sitting down at a computer to assist with professional recruitment projects. This is a permanent position with flexible scheduling and a relaxed dress code. Candidates who take on both the Personal Assistant and Recruitment Assistant roles will work full-time. If you are only interested in the Personal Assistant role, we still encourage you to apply; it is a part-time position averaging 15–20 hours per week. With the potential for professional growth based on your interests and capabilities, the part-time Personal Assistant option may be especially appealing to someone seeking meaningful professional work that can accommodate school, family commitments, semi-retirement, or other responsibilities. The role calls for a keen eye for details, adept project management skills (as you'll be orchestrating various elements), excellent customer service capabilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
