As Senior Manager, Marketing, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies across all channels including both brand campaigns (targeting, messaging, impact) and growth strategies (digital, channel partner, sales conversion) aligned to our corporate identity. You will accomplish this by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, promoting the most promising ideas, and building consensus while actively leading execution of an integrated marketing plan. This critical role requires that you possess a balance of curiosity and creativity with an eye for detail, including a desire to measure results and deliver excellence in all work products. This role provides management and direction to staff and external agencies, including goal setting and budget management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute company-wide marketing strategy, including branding, position and pricing
• Direct Product Management to include product roadmaps, product lifecycle management, new product launches, product training for sales, and creation/training on sales playbooks
• Ensure brand message is strong and consistent across all brands and marketing efforts including events, emails campaigns, digital presence, marketing and promotional materials, agency work, etc.
• Reviews and analyzes commercial results to adjust marketing strategies and initiatives. Monitor competition including acquisitions, pricing changes and new products
• Take ownership of all downstream work products; from concept development through execution, which may include copywriting/proofing, lead generation, managing external agencies and internal approvals

Education and/or Experience:

• Degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
• 8+ years relevant experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
• Downstream marketing or marketing communications experience a plus
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Ability and willingness to travel as required
