The successful candidate will work on innovative technologies for top-tier clients, leveraging their technical expertise and legal acumen to become a strategic advisor to leading innovators. Duties Conduct patent prosecution for cutting‑edge technologies. Collaborate with a team of legal practitioners. Advise clients on intellectual property matters. Engage in complex legal analysis and problem‑solving. Requirements Background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Proficiency in English and Japanese. Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience. Active state bar membership and CLE compliance. Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Superior writing skills and strong academic credentials. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred. Certifications Registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
