- Handle insurance verification, benefits review, and prior authorizations.
- Track approvals and resolve authorization issues with clinical and billing teams.
- Ensure documentation and authorizations are complete for timely billing.
- Maintain accurate records to support compliance and audits.
- Support administrative workflows and assist with staff training as needed.
- 1-3 years of healthcare administrative experience focused on insurance authorizations.
- Strong knowledge of billing, reimbursement, and compliance.
- Experience with practice management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Orthotics, prosthetics, or orthopedic experience a plus.
