Key Responsibilities

\n

\n

Engineering & Design

\n

\n
• Design pumps and components using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis
\n
• Create 3D models and technical drawings using AutoCAD / AutoDesk Inventor
\n
• Support manufacturing and repair operations
\n

\n

\n

Field Operations

\n

\n
• Lead field service crews for installation, repair, and commissioning
\n
• Conduct onsite troubleshooting and technical support
\n
• Travel to customer sites for project execution
\n

\n

\n

Cross-Functional Work

\n

\n
• Support sales team with technical specifications
\n
• Work with application engineers on customer solutions
\n
• Coordinate with manufacturing and service teams
\n

\n

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
\n
• 5+ years with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment
\n
• AutoCAD / Inventor proficiency (required)
\n
• Background with centrifugal pumps or compressors
\n
• Experience with diesel engines and gas turbines preferred
\n
• Comfortable in manufacturing environments and field work
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120,000 - $145,000
\n
• 10% annual bonus
\n
