Paraprofessional, Family Room Liaison - August 2025 rate starts at: $18.90 per hour

Position Title Paraprofessional - Family Room Liaison Qualifications An Associate's degree, OR completion of 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours at an institution of higher learning, OR demonstrated proficiency in the ability to assist in the instruction of reading, writing and mathematics via state or locally approved competency test. Evidence of good mental and physical health. Dependable with good work attendance record. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Demonstrates a positive attitude toward school environment. Has an excellent understanding of appropriate language usage. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Other duties as assigned. Other Information Reports to: Building Principal Work Schedule: 185 days Hours to Work: 8.0 hours per day Additional Details A family resource room in schools will serve as the focal point for encouraging and enhancing family and community involvement. Liaisons will be required to participate in training sessions with additional in-services. Liaisons will be required to participate in special activities determined by the coordinating team.
