Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Manager to join a collaborative and mission-driven Human Resources team. Job Description: 

The HR Manager will provide broad HR support across employee relations, compensation, ADA accommodations, and day-to-day HR operations. This individual will partner closely with leadership and employees to ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance initiatives are effectively carried out while delivering a high level of employee support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related questions and concerns.  
• Manage employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.  
• Support compensation administration and HR program initiatives.  
• Coordinate ADA accommodation requests and ensure compliance with employment regulations.  
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.  
• Assist with onboarding activities, new hire orientation, and other HR processes.  
• Partner with the HR team on special projects and continuous process improvements.  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar role.  
• Experience with Paycom HRIS.  
• Strong experience handling employee relations and compensation.  
• Knowledge of ADA accommodations and employment law compliance.  
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.  
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.   

Additional Details: 

• Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM.  
• Fully onsite during onboarding and training; hybrid schedule available afterward with at least one in-office day per week.  
• Onsite parking provided.
