Logistics Operations SpecialistThe Logistics Operations Specialist will support daily logistics operations, transportation, customs compliance, vendor invoicing, and shipment exception resolution.We're looking for someone who:Has 1+ years of experience in logistics management, transportation, and import/export compliance (preferred)Holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business AdministrationHas experience with the classification processIs highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, formulas, and pivot tablesIs organized, assertive, self-motivated, and results-drivenIs an avid learner who approaches challenges with curiosity and resilienceIs a collaborative team player who builds strong working relationshipsIs inclusive and adaptable when working with diverse global teams and normsIs innovative and creative and can adapt quickly to changeWhat you'll do:Support daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and following up on shipment discrepanciesResolve customs clearance issues with customs brokersHandle customs compliance related to C-TPAT, ANL, customs regulations, and HTS code maintenanceValidate customs entry documentation before carrier invoices are generated to help prevent unnecessary or unauthorized chargesConduct regular internal audits of trade activities, identify gaps, and implement corrective actionsReview and process logistics vendor invoicesPerform invoice payment auditsPerform invoice aging reconciliation with carriersMonitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actionsManage RMA handling, including creating shipping labels and monitoring return shipments to designated locationsCoordinate with shippers regarding customs import clearance inquiries and issuesCollaborate with customs brokers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics and compliance issuesIdentify opportunities to improve logistics processes and adapt to changing business needsWhy you'll love working here:Weekly payPaid sick leaveHealth, vision, dental, pet insurance, and more
