The Business Development Manager role is responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, and driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business. Responsibilities Define massive seller business development and incubation strategy, lead end-to-end incubation operations for high-potential sellers, including onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform. Own the strategy and execution to increase the number of active sales sellers and drive high-quality seller growth for TikTok Shop, including developing lifecycle incubation plans and optimising growth levers through various initiatives. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth and improve adoption of affiliate, livestream and shoptab etc. Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand seller segments, diagnose performance blockers, surface root causes by data analysis and translate insights into actionable plans and process improvements. Qualifications Minimum Qualification(s): 5+ years experience in consulting industry, creator management, account management, or sales for retailer, or ecommerce platform. Experience managing a scalable process to meet business targets, and the analytical and problem-solving ability to improve the process to support business growth. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward. Preferred Qualification(s): Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change. Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognise employees for their work; this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
