Share this listing: Responsibilities Define massive seller business development and incubation strategy, lead end-to-end incubation operations for high-potential sellers, including onboarding, launch planning, performance acceleration, and ongoing success on the platform. Own the strategy and execution to increase the number of active sales sellers and drive high-quality sellers growth for TikTok Shop, including developing lifecycle incubation plans and optimising growth levers through various initiatives. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, drive seller GMV growth and improve adoption of affiliate, livestream and shoptab etc. Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand seller segments, diagnose performance blockers, surface root causes by data analysis and translate insights into actionable plan and process improvements. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:- 5+ years experience in consulting industry, creator management, account management, or sales for retailer, or ecommerce platform. Experience managing a scalable process to meet business targets, and the analytical and problem-solving ability to improve the process to support business growth- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward. Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change. Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $273600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
