LEAD FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties
You will perform and/or advise on work in any of the phases or systems of accounting.
You will coach the managerial accounting team in selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and provide advice on work methods, procedures, etc.
You will communicate assignments/projects, milestones, deadlines and timeframes for completion.
You will research, learn and apply qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products.
You will represent the team in dealing with the supervisor in order to obtain resources and convey team findings and recommendations to program officials or other customers.
You will communicate the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values and incorporate these into the team's goals, objectives, work products and services.
