Job Summary

Lind Plastic Surgery is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator to own and execute our day-to-day content and digital presence across plastic surgery and med spa services.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for capturing, creating, and publishing content that builds trust, showcases results, and drives patient consultations.

You will work directly in the clinic and operating room environment, capturing real patient journeys and translating them into high-quality content across social media platforms.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment, creating content consistently, and taking ownership of performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content daily in clinic, med spa, and operating room settings
• Film procedures, before and after results, and patient experiences
• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) optimized for engagement and reach
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual standards
• Collaborate with leadership and providers to identify content opportunities
• Monitor content performance and adjust based on engagement and results
• Assist with website content updates, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives as needed
• Support in-office events, promotions, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends
• Experience creating photo and video content (portfolio required)
• Proficiency with video editing tools and basic photography techniques
• Comfortable working in a clinical and surgical environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and execute quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or medical-related content
• Demonstrated success growing social media accounts or engagement
• Familiarity with paid media platforms and analytics tools
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
