As the first point of contact for visitors and students, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to various departments. Your exceptional multitasking skills and ability to communicate effectively will be key in helping our institution run smoothly.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Greeting visitors, students, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor.Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.Managing appointment scheduling and coordinating meetings.Maintaining reception area cleanliness and organization.Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.Providing information on academic programs, services, and campus resources.Responding to general inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
