• Shift: MondayFriday; 3 days outpatient, 2 days surgery
• Hours/week: Flexible, based on full-time schedule
• Employment Type: W-2 employed position
• Licenses/Certifications: Ohio medical license, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: New graduates (with mentorship support) encouraged to apply; experienced providers welcome

• Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (comprehensive package discussed upon application)

What You'll Do

• Provide obstetric and gynecologic services including routine exams, prenatal care, and deliveries
• Perform gynecological surgeries and outpatient treatments
• Collaborate with certified nurse-midwives and multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in a shared call rotation (1:6) to support patient needs
• Work at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital, a facility with a Level II NICU and MFM support from the University of Cincinnati
• Contribute to a patient-centered, community-focused practice promoting women's health
• Grow professionally within a supportive, expanding department

What You Need

• Ohio medical license or licensing in process
• Board-certified or eligible OB/GYN physician
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
