Employee Benefits Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and client focused Employee Benefits Account Manager for our client to join their growing Employee Benefits team. In this role, you will manage a book of employer group clients, partner with Producers on renewals and new business, and deliver exceptional client service. This position offers the ability to go Hybrid after training and approval.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a book of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and worksite accountsServe as the day to day contact for clients and their HR teamsLead the renewal process, including census gathering, carrier marketing, and plan recommendationsReview carrier quotes and build benefit comparison spreadsheets and renewal presentationsCoordinate open enrollment, including employee meetings and enrollment materialsResolve claims, billing, and eligibility issues with carriersAdvise clients on ACA, COBRA, and ERISA compliance requirementsSupport Producers with new business proposals and new client onboardingMaintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management systemEnsure renewals and projects are completed accurately and on scheduleQualifications2+ years of experience in employee benefits account management or client serviceActive Texas Life and Health Insurance License (candidates relocating to Texas with a license from another state will be considered)Strong knowledge of group benefits products, funding arrangements, and carriersStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skillsAssertive self starter who can manage multiple renewals and prioritiesWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysOngoing professional development opportunitiesCareer growth within an expanding organizationCollaborative and supportive workplace culture
