Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery .
• Maintain and update customer records and office documentation .
• Schedule appointments and assist with office administrative tasks .
• Monitor and follow up on customer requests and service orders .
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous office or administrative experience required .

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail .
