Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Position: Senior Executive Recruiter at Bell & Associates, Inc. Staff Accountant $55-65k/year We are seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with managing the company's financial transactions related to vendor payments and expenses. Responsibilities include: Processing invoices accurately and timely Conducting bank reconciliations and correcting discrepancies Preparing payments via ACH and checks Maintaining accurate financial records and databases Monitoring expenses for tax purposes Supporting the accounting department in preparing financial statements Reconciling intercompany Accounts Receivable Reconciling company credit cards Required skills and qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Understanding of basic finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles Excellent time management and attention to detail Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word Preferred skills and qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent Experience in service or sales industries (preferred) Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, or receivable Familiarity with accounting software and online platforms AS400 experience (preferred) Additional details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing Industry: Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr Bell & Associates, Inc.
