Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager – RICK Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr Qualifications Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, Arizona registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (or ability to obtain the same through reciprocity), and at least twenty (20) years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development. They must also have a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff. Candidate Skills Strong independent thought and decision‑making abilities Establishing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with clients, public‑agency personnel, and in‑house staff High level leadership, management, and seasoned time management High level respect and confidence from co‑workers and public agencies High level competence in written and oral communication Managerial Experience Supervision of engineering design teams Management of project schedules and budgets Preparation and management of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work Significant experience in client and public‑agency interactions Accepts and carries out responsibility for the design team’s direction, control, and planning; sets realistic goals and makes plans independently Technical Experience Site assessment and ability to perform engineering design studies Preparation/processing of all related improvement plans in support of private land development projects Ability to perform constructability reviews and site construction conformance evaluations Experience in construction support services AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience Additional Skills Business and management principles associated with strategic planning Resource allocation Leadership techniques Production procedures Interview and hiring methods Coordination of people Thorough understanding of jurisdictional processing Demonstrated involvement with community and industry organizations related to marketing opportunities and relationship building Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Civil Engineering #J-18808-Ljbffr
