This role is conveniently located in Brooklyn, NY, with easy access to the B & Q subway lines.Salary/Hourly Rate$25/hr - $30/hrPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an immediate temporary assignment. This role supports a high-volume recruitment function by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, entering job requisitions, and maintaining applicant tracking system data. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior recruiting coordination or HR experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Of The Talent Acquisition CoordinatorSupport a high-volume recruiting process while partnering closely with recruiters and Hiring Managers.Schedule candidate screenings and interviews across multiple locations.Coordinate candidate communications via phone and email.Create and monitor job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Prioritize interview scheduling based on business needs and hiring urgency.Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and ATS records.Generate and maintain recruiting and activity reports.Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Assist with preparing interview materials for Hiring Managers.Required Experience/Skills For The Talent Acquisition Coordinator2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Preferred Experience/Skills For The Talent Acquisition CoordinatorExperience using LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of management.Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong judgment, problem-solving, and scheduling coordination skills.Experience supporting high-volume recruitment processes.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. xhyhwjd BenefitsAtrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).
