About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Market President to lead and expand its presence in the regional market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial lending production, developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients and community leaders, and managing a team to ensure sound credit quality and adherence to policies. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and leadership skills to contribute to the overall market strategy, business development, and profitability. Applicants for the Regional Market President position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' commercial lending experience, with a proven track record in generating business and growing client relationships. A strong understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management is essential, as is prior leadership or management experience. The role demands a candidate with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive market growth, as well as the capacity to mentor and manage a team. The Regional Market President will also be the face of the bank within the community and industry organizations, representing the company and its values.
