About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Market President to lead and expand its presence in the regional market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial lending production, developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients and community leaders, and managing a team to ensure sound credit quality and adherence to policies. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication, and leadership skills, as well as a proven ability to generate business and grow client relationships. Applicants for the Regional Market President position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' commercial lending experience, with a strong understanding of credit, risk, and portfolio management. The role also demands a candidate with prior leadership or management experience, and the ability to contribute to the overall market strategy, business development, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a mentor to their team, with a focus on driving market growth and representing the company within the community and industry organizations. A strategic mindset and a commitment to ensuring the company's values and policies are upheld are essential for this position.
