Senior Accountant

Salary: USD90000 - USD105000 per year A rapidly growing telecommunications company is looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of key accounting functions and financial reporting activities. This role will partner with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting while helping improve accounting processes and controls. Primary Duties Lead monthly and quarterly close activities Prepare and review complex journal entries Complete balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting packages Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal policies Identify and implement process improvements Mentor junior accounting staff and provide accounting guidance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting experience CPA preferred but not required Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions Strong communication and leadership skills What the Company Offers Competitive compensation and bonus opportunity Career advancement within a growing technology-focused organization Collaborative and innovative workplace culture Name: Please include your first and last name.
