A highly regarded New Jersey law firm is seeking an Estate Administration Paralegal to join its established Trusts & Estates practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an estates professional seeking a long-term role within a sophisticated and collaborative legal environment where experienced paralegals are viewed as valued members of the team and trusted with meaningful responsibility.

The firm offers the opportunity to work closely with respected attorneys on complex estate and trust administration matters while continuing to deepen your experience within a well-established trusts and estates practice. In this role, you will be involved in all phases of estate administration, including preparation of New Jersey inheritance tax returns, federal estate and gift tax returns, trust accountings, probate filings, and related administration matters. The position also offers direct interaction with clients, fiduciaries, financial institutions, and outside professionals.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 – $120,000+ commensurate with experience and qualifications.
