Jwanaix Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team in Orlando.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, closing business, developing sales talent, and building a high-performing team .

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate insurance sales agents.
• Support agents with sales calls, objections, and closing opportunities.
• Set goals and help the team consistently achieve them.
• Conduct sales training, coaching sessions, webinars, and team meetings.
• Help new agents get started and become productive quickly.
• Recruit and develop talented insurance professionals.
• Improve sales strategies, processes, and overall team performance.
• Work closely with leadership to support company growth.
• Travel occasionally for training and team development when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or insurance experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A proven ability to close and generate results.
• Someone who leads by example and enjoys developing others.
• Self-motivated, organized, competitive, and accountable.
• Comfortable working by phone, Zoom/Microsoft Teams, and in the field.
• Willing to travel when needed.

Licensing Requirement

Life & Health Insurance License required.

If you are not currently licensed, you must be able and willing to obtain your license within two weeks .
