Hammerspaceisseekingadynamicandresults drivenRegionalSalesDirector(RSD) in Southern California,toleadsaleseffortswithinanassignedgeographicregion (SouthWest).TheRSDwillberesponsiblefordrivingrevenuegrowth,buildingstrategiccustomerrelationships,andexpandingHammerspace’smarketpresence.ThisrolerequiresaprovensalesleaderwithexperienceinSaaSorenterprisesoftware,apassionforexceedingtargets,andtheabilitytocollaboratecross-functionallytodeliverexceptionalcustomeroutcomes.
KeyResponsibilities
- SalesLeadership&Strategy: Developandexecutearegionalsalesplantomeetorexceedrevenuequotas,aligningwithHammerspace’soverallbusinessobjectives.
- CustomerAcquisition: Identify,prospect,andclosenewbusinessopportunitieswithenterpriseclientswhocanbenefitfromHammerspace’sGlobalDataEnvironmentsolution.
- AccountManagement: Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,ensuringcustomersatisfaction,retention,andupsellopportunities.
- TeamCollaboration: PartnerwithSalesDevelopmentRepresentatives(SDRs),Marketing,Product,andEngineeringteamstorefinemessaging,optimizecampaigns,andaddresscustomerneeds.
- PipelineManagement: LeveragetoolslikeSalesforce,LinkedInSalesNavigator,andOutreachtomanageandtracksalespipelines,ensuringconsistentprogresstowardgoals.
- MarketInsights: Analyzemarkettrends,competitoractivities,andcustomerfeedbacktoidentifygrowthopportunitiesandprovideactionableinsightstoleadership.
- Forecasting&Reporting: Deliveraccuratesalesforecasts,performancereports,andregionalupdatestoseniormanagementonaregularcadence.
- Travel: Conductin-personmeetings,attendindustryevents,andvisitclientsitesasneededtostrengthenrelationshipsandclosedeals(travelupto50%,dependingonregion).
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+yearsofenterprisesalesexperience,withatleast3yearsinSaaS,cloud,ordatamanagementsolutions.
- TrackRecord: ProvenhistoryofconsistentlymeetingorexceedingsalesquotasanddrivingsignificantrevenuegrowthinaB2Benvironment.
- MUST CURRENLY LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFONIA. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN THE REGION.
- TechnicalAcumen: FamiliaritywithITinfrastructure,cloudcomputing,storagesolutions,orfilesystems(experiencewithLinux,NFS,orrelatedtechnologiesisaplus).
- Skills:
- Exceptionalcommunication,negotiation,andpresentationskills.
- Strongleadershipandabilitytomotivatecross-functionalteams.
- ProficiencywithCRMtools(e.g.,Salesforce)andsalesproductivityplatforms(e.g.,Outreach,LinkedInSalesNavigator).
- Attributes: Self-motivated,customer-focused,andadaptableinafast-paced,high-growthenvironment.
PreferredQualifications
- ExperiencesellingtoITDirectors,CIOs,orothersenior-leveldecision-makersindata-drivenorganizations.
- Backgroundinunstructureddatamanagement,cloudstorage,orhybridinfrastructuresolutions.
- Existingnetworkofenterprisecontactswithintheassignedregion.

Salary Information
Theanticipatedcompensationrangeforthisroleis$300,000-350,000(OTE).Actualcompensationwillbedeterminedbyseveralfactorsincluding,butnotlimitedto,levelofprofessional/educationexperience,skills/abilities,internalequity,andbudgetaryconsiderations.Inaddition,Hammerspaceoffersabroadrangeofhealthplansformedical,dental,vision,lifeanddisability.Wealsooffer401kplansandflexibletimeoff.Applicationswillbeaccepteduntilthepositionisfilled.
